We have recently introduced a Click and Collect Service at all of our nationwide depots. We feel it is an important factor to include when selling products online. A lot of places now have a Click and Collect Service whether it is in a supermarket or a clothing store so why should we be any different?
The Click and Collect Service gives our customers the chance to pick up their belongings in their own time without the need of waiting for a delivery driver. Collections are available at our Bristol, Dartford, Swadlincote and Tipton branches when arranged over the phone with a member of our Sales Team.
How does Click and Collect work?
So if items are ordered on our online store, there is an option to request ‘Collection’ with the branch you would like to collect from. However, if you are speaking to a member of the Sales Team, they can take payment over the phone and can organise a collection day and time for you – just let them know!
If you are collecting from our Swadlincote branch, we can take cash and card payments whereas our other depots require payment over the phone beforehand. Just be aware that we do not have payment facilities at our Bristol, Dartford and Tipton branches so it is important to make payment before collecting.
When you arrive at one of our depots, please provide the name the order was placed under and the order reference number. This will make the collection requests easier to manage and will allow us to load your vehicles quicker.
